I am committed to keeping an open line of communication with North Coast residents. Please be in touch if you want to let me know your thoughts on an issue, if you are looking for more information regarding a specific piece of legislation, or if you need additional help with one of the services my office provides. There are a number of ways for you to contact me and my staff.

Local residents are invited to visit my district offices in Eureka, Fort Bragg, Napa, and Woodland. Please note that district duties often require my staff to be off-site for meetings, public events, and other official business. To ensure someone is available to meet with you, please call ahead to schedule a meeting with me or my district staff. If you are having difficulty with a government agency and need assistance, please fill out a Privacy Release Form and mail or fax it to your nearest district office.

You may also choose to correspond with my Washington, D.C. office. Please note that all mail sent to my Washington, D.C. office experiences a delay of 1-3 weeks due to security screening. For a faster response, please call, e-mail, or fax the office instead. To set up a meeting with me or my staff in Washington, please complete a Scheduling Request Form and fax it to (202) 225-4335 or e-mail it to scheduling.ca01@mail.house.gov.
