Constituents of California's Fifth Congressional District can order a United States flag through my Washington office. There is no limit on the number of flags you may order. Flags can be purchased in multiple sizes. All flags are sold at cost and take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on the availability of inventory.
If you choose, you may have the flag flown over the Capitol Building. All flags flown over the Capitol are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Flags may be flown for a particular person, event, or organization, and may be flown on a specific date. If multiple flags are requested to be flown, they will all be flown on the same date and shipped at the same time. If you need flags flown on different dates, you must submit separate order requests for each separate date to fly the flags.
Requested flags must be paid for before they can be flown. Please use the order form below to specify the flags and certificate information you want, then print the resulting order request for mailing. The best and easiest way to get a flag is pay with a credit card. Our office also accepts checks. To pay by check please mail a copy of your request form and your check to my Napa District Office at 1040 Main St, Suite 101, Napa, CA 94559.
Please note: You can receive your flag in less than 6 weeks if the flag does not have to be flown on a specific day.
