  • Arcturus UAV Tour

    Rep. Mike Thompson tours Arcturus UAV in Sonoma County, where they’re developing and manufacturing cutting-edge unmanned aerial vehicles that can be used both for commercial and military purposes. Not only can these aircrafts be used for surveillance and security, they can also be employed to monitor environmental changes and natural disasters – all without putting airmen and pilots at risk.

  • Suisun Bay Tour

    Rep. Mike Thompson, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, MARAD Administrator David Matsuda and Rep. George Miller at Suisun Bay where they are cleaning up the bay and removing the fleet of out-of-date war ships. 300 tons of toxic waste have been removed. The cleanup is ahead of schedule and under budget – and the money made from the ships’ scrap metal is being invested back into our communities.

  • Napa River Salt Marsh Restoration Project

    Rep. Mike Thompson at the Napa River Salt Marsh Restoration Project. Because of this project wildlife is being protected, water quality is being improved, hiking, fishing and hunting opportunities will be increased.

  • Ely Stage Stop and Museum

    Rep. Mike Thompson presents a U.S. Flag that was flown over the Capitol in Washington to the members of the Lake County Historical Society. The flag will be flown daily at the Ely Stage Stop and Museum.

  • North Bay Industries Tour

    Rep. Mike Thompson touring North Bay Industries in Sonoma County. This amazing non-profit organization provides employment, training and housing for persons with mental, physical and developmental disabilities. NBI manufactures flags that are 100 percent Made in America with American products for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
