Davis, CA – Rep. Mike Thompson (CA-04) presented a $1,000,000 check to Davis Mayor Donna Neville, Yolo County Supervisors Lucas Frerichs and Sheila Allen, and Capitol Corridor Managing Director Robert Padgette for the Amtrak Depot / Olive Drive Connection Project. The funding will support the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle connection from Olive Drive to the Davis Amtrak Station, improving access and public safety for South Davis residents.


April 6, 2026

Yountville – Rep. Mike Thompson (CA-04) presented a $250,000 check to Mayor Margie Mohler and City Manager Brad Raulston for the Town of Yountville’s Resiliency Microgrid Project. The funding will help to build a microgrid to improve energy reliability in the town, which is frequently impacted by wildfires and power disruptions.

Sonoma County, CA — Congressman Mike Thompson (CA-04) presented a $1.2 million federal funding check to Sonoma County to construct new sidewalks and bike lanes along State Route 12, improving safe access for pedestrians and cyclists in the surrounding community. The funding was secured by Thompson through the federal Community Project Funding process.
